Indian Coast Guard Navik Yantrik Recruitment 2021 for 10th Pass 12th Pass Indian Candidates: Indian Coast Guard invites online applications from male Indian nationals for recruitment to the post of Navik (General Duty), Navik (Domestic Branch) and Yantrik in the Indian Coast Guard, an Armed Force of the Union. The Indian Coast Guard Yantrik Navik 2021 online registration will be start from 2nd July 2021 to 16th July 2021.

* Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and
Maximum 22 years.
- For Navik (GD) and
Yantrik: Born between 01 April 2000 to 31 January 2004 (both dates inclusive).
- For Navik (DB): Born
between 01 April 2000 to 31 March 2004 (both dates inclusive).
- Upper age relaxation of
5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable
only if posts are reserved for them.
* Pay Scale and
other Benefits: On joining Indian Coast Guard, you will be placed in
Basic pay of ₹ 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other
allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing
regulations.
* Educational
Qualification:
- Navik (General
Duty): 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board
recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
- Navik (Domestic
Branch): 10th Class passed from an education board recognized by
Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
- Yantrik: 10th
class passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School
Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/
Telecommunication (Radio/ Power) Engineering approved by All India Council of
Technical Education (AICTE).
* Medical
Standards:
- Medical examination
will be conducted by authorised Military Doctors as per medical standard
prescribed in current regulations applicable to Enrolled Personnel on entry.
- Height: Minimum height
is 157 cms. Reduction in height for candidates from hilly areas and tribal
areas will be in accordance with the Central Govt. orders.
- Chest: Should be well
proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.
- Weight: Proportionate
to height and age +10 percentage acceptable.
- Hearing: Normal.
- Visual Standard: 6/36
(Better Eye) and 6/36 (Worse Eye).
- Tattoo: Permanent body
tattoos are not permitted on any part of the body.
* Selection
Process:
- Stage I: Computer Based
Online Examination
- Stage II: Physical
Fitness Test, Document Verification, Re-assessment of Inconsistent Performers,
Initial Medicals Examination
- Stage III: Document
Verification, Final Medicals at INS Chilka
- Stage IV: The
candidates are to submit all the original documents and verification of all
original documents through boards/ universities/ state government will be
carried out by Indian Coast Guard.
* Examination Fee:
- Navik (General Duty):
Basic pay of ₹ 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other
allowances based on nature of duty/ place of posting as per the prevailing
regulations.
- Navik (Domestic
Branch): Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is ₹ 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus
Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/ place of
posting as per the prevailing regulation.
- Yantrik: Basic pay ₹
29200/-(Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ ₹ 6200/- plus
Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of
posting as per the prevailing regulation.
* How to Apply:
Applications will be accepted Online only. The online registration will be made
through Join Indian Coast Guard official website from 2nd July 2021. The last
date for applying online is 16/07/2021 till 18:00
